1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Flojo Ultimate Posture Corrector, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • In the same condition as you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and unwashed
  • Not damaged due to misuse

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of use or if the packaging seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased on sale or with special discounts (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Products that have been personalized or customized

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@flojo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely with all the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and reimburse your original shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

5.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time, typically 5-10 business days.

5.2 Refund Amount

The refund will include the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

8. Warranty

The Flojo Ultimate Posture Corrector comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents or misuse
  • Improper cleaning or storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the defect.
